Compuscan credit report

Hi ,i have been sending compuscan a letter from outsurance for a long time now .On there credit report it shows that i have a outstanding balance with outsurance .I have all ways paid my car insurance on time and then it was canceled when the car was sold in 2017.So i dont know why its even on there report .

Please update my report .I am tired of sending emails and getting no response.
