compuscan consultant should rather work than provide stupid opionions

ok, I have no issues with Experian the original part, but the Compuscan part, I surely have a problem. There has been a few enquiries on compuscan that was with no concent and even spoke to the parties who did enquiries and they dont know why, so i disputed the enquiries, but a consultant at compuscan Gareth Leibrandt, gives this in a email: The National Credit Act only requires consent in certain instances. The National Credit Act also sets out various permissible purposes for which credit checks may be done by credit bureau subscribers. Credit checks are therefore not only done for the purposes of applying for credit for consent by the consumer. The enquiries remain on the profile for a period of one year for your benefit so that you can see who has had access to your profile. Please also understand that removing the enquiries are not going to put you in a better position in any way.

so is this his opinion? i really dont care, if I dispute something they need to fix it or are they or this guy so lazy?
