Compuscan complaint
Very bad experience, been trying to remove a Massbuild/RCS account which was **********ly created on my ID. ITC is clear as the matter was handled quickly. But Compuscan have been dragging their feet. Every time I send an email, I get a new person who assists and I have to send the required documents to them all over again. I logged a dispute with the call center but when I call to follow up, they can't find any disputes logged on my profile. This is very annoying as I am blocked from getting credit!

Please will you forward the e-mail that you sent to *** so that she can look into what went wrong with assigning your e-mail and also so that she can get the issue logged for you.
