Compuscan and Rage clothing store, are failing it's customers

Compuscan failed me no matter how much I tried to clean up my credit score, I have sent them numerous emails without any success. Okay they did me halfway, they managed to update my profile however I still have missed payments status on my credit score for Rage, no matter how hard i tried disputing this and said it could take up to 3 or more years for it to be removed. I can't be having any of that in my profile, I have opened a Rage account hoping to increase my credit score, they gave a buying power of R250 and I didn't use even a cent then months later I owe them R16. I paid then asked for the account to be closed, around October last year I app**** for credit with Capitec Bank and to my surprise I was to that my bureau shows Rage account and its in arrears, no matter how many times I tried to close the account I was failing and now I can't get the credit that I need based on missed payments status. I want those things removed. Compuscan together with Rage, they are failing me, missed payments for what I've never taken anything on credit from them.
