Compuscan and or Experian must not be used for credit check because of its incompetence and backlogs

I have been off debt review since 2015 and paid off all my debts. I managed to buy my car with ABSA bank in 2017 with no problem and It has been going well. I tried to get hold of compuscan for the past 2 months with no luck so that I can clear my record. They dont reply nor answer their phones.

My transunion credit report is in good condition with no sign of red flags or debt review. I have emailed compuscan snd or Experian my documents but still no luck.

I urge banks to reblook at exploring other credit bureau because compuscan and or Experian is both *********** and ineffective. And they are going to cause a lot of businesses their customers.
