How is it that I have paid debts in excess of R100k on the 20th of November 2019 and reduced my credit exposure to NIL and yet my credit score did not move up a notch. It is unacceptable that credit bureaus have static algorithms that do not factor market conditions. Over two-thirds of the credit active population is overly indebted. One would expect the algorithms to factor these realities. Instead we are stuck with punitive credit models. This is unacceptable. It cannot be that my aaccount with adverse information is the same without adverse information and no outstanding credit. Can someone explain this
