I received a paid up letter from Nedbank with regards to a judgement that was settled and went to court to have the judgement rescinded. After the whole process they were to get back to me after 20 business days, it expired and they did not remove the judgement. They were waiting on Nedbank to respond,They are supposed to assist comsumers but seems as if they are acting on behalf of the credit providers. They treat you as the consumer as a ******** by requesting this, then that and still not able to assist you... Something really needs to be done about the manner in which Compuscan operates. They claim they strive on service excellence and transparency but it is everything besides that.
