Compuscan
I was declined a Home Loan by FNB. They couldn't give me the exact reason and referred me to Compuscan. I mailed Compuscan with this inquiry on the 27th of March 2018. They asked for a proof of residence and a copy of my ID, I sent this. They came back to me with a generic reply about keeping accounts up to date etc, I mailed them back on the 28th of March 2018 and requested the account details and provider so that I may follow this up with the company listing my late payment/bad score.
On the 6th of April 2018, I still did not receive a reply so I mailed the consultant again, she rep**** saying that she moved departments and will forward my query.
Today is the 6th of August 2018, still no reply on my query and I have been declined again for the same reason by FNB.
Every mail I send to ********** I also get a "mailbox full" reply.
I will now have to move banks due to the fact that Compuscan is unprofessional.

FNB gave the Consumercare contact to get the reasons I was declined in other words, the specific information that was given to FNB. Can you please confirm that my information I requested and was referred to by FNB is not freely available to me. I have also requested your legal department contact details.
