Compuscan

in pursuit of having useful information on my credit report, I have requested Compuscan four months ago to remove the information about that creditor that I do not have any credit with them. they have since advised me that they are investigating about 'the dispute of Atlas Finance having listed me without any account with them' the listing is not adverse, however my dispute is that they listed me to have an active account with them meanwhile I do not have any account and the branch that seem to have listed me is nowhere to be found
