Completely useless business, terrible customer service.

I have logged a query 2 months ago now to update my details. I didn't even receive a confirmation email. I try login from their website, there is no feedback. I try call, they direct you to their website or their email address which don't work. The whole cycle is useless to a consumer. I can't believe services like banks rely on Experian for credit checks.
