Completely useless!!!!!

The WORST to deal with! Your whole life can pass you buy and you still will remain on hold waiting for assistance. You email and email and receive an extremely frustrating reply email instructing you to fill in more forms. My credit score is affected by false information, which I am unable to correct myself. This company is NOT interested in helping customers. They have ZERO idea or basic concept when it comes to customer service!!! What is the end result here? Basically I must let my score be affected and false information reported and I must sit back and do nothing about it???? That is not Fair or Just! Experian - you are a bunch of people who do NOT do your job!!!! I am COMPLETELY disgusted! And I wish you nothing except the VERY WORST!
