Completely no legal
Please can someone help me understand how it is legal for this company to take my personal details without any judgement or any proof and place me on a black list for all to see and negatively influence my credit score? I had an Edgars 6-month interest-free account with Edgars after Edgers went bankrupt RCS took over the accounts and just decided without any new contract or any legal action that they will now add monthly interest to my account. RCS also just put me on Experian because I didn't pay the interest that was put on my account. How can any of this be legal?

So the customers have no right to privacy anymore as I have no signed contract with RCS and they just decided to charge me interest on my account LOL. In the first place what happened to my privacy rights if any, How can Edgars just decide to give my account to RCS without my permission? I am more scared of the ********* in big business then on the street

26 Sept 2022, 14:06LOL, so big businesses can buy and sell my information as they wish and change the terms and conditions of the agreement as they want and just for the record my account with Edgars was always up to date it was the mismanagement of Edgars no my account that causes their downfall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL, so big businesses can buy and sell my information as they wish and change the terms and conditions of the agreement as they want and just for the record my account with Edgars was always up to date it was the mismanagement of Edgars no my account that causes their downfall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
