Complaint

I had a loan with Power Finance that I paid up, the company updated experian the account is showing under closed accounts and under ACTIVE accounts. I have experian to fix this, however they are refusing but the account is closed and open at the same time on my profile. I'm not sure what I need to do now as I need to fix my profile.
