Complain

I had an account that was handed over for collection i made a debit order with MBD as the appointed company for collection and i paid up the account. Got hold of transunion sent them the letter and they updated my profile on their side, now I've been trying to get hold of Experian i sent emails i get no response i try their online help still i get no response and when i call they never pick up they just play that music till i hung up always i have tried them several times please help i just want to send them the paid up letter so to update my credit status profile.
