Clueless Experian Consultants

My business has been declined for a new cell phone contract by Experian according to Istore. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get any info from Experian. The consultants do not understand my simple request and I have been pushed from pillar to post by 4 consultants, yet I am none the wiser!!

How can Experian hold my company to randsome and get away with it??
