Clueless customer service
I requested to change my cellphone number to a new one. Emailed supporting documents and had 15 emails of interactions but to date my ID and my new number still not linked.
When you email them they seem confused and request ID again and still fail to update credit check cellphone number.
They now ignoring all my emails.
