Closed accounts reopened without any reason

I logged a dispute for two accounts in June 2020, Compuscan responded after 20 days that the accounts been updated and closed. Weeks later the same accounts are active again, now with another account that was long closed in 2018. Been trying to call them to no success. Their service is so frustrating and annoying.
