Closed accounts reflects as unsettled.

For an account settled and closed months ago and still registers as unsettled this is disheartening as it lowers my credit score, I have 3 open accounts with a balance of less than 5k but my credit score reflects as poor because closed accounts reflect as active here. I am disheartened by Experian.
