Closed account reinstated with arrears

Compuscan plz get yo acts together, we can't have our credit scores being rated as poor because of yo incompetence and yo system failures. I have an account dat I paid up on September 2019, all of a suddenly dat account is in 6 months arrears. I did log a dispute b4 for de same error and dis wz sorted, so I don't know whether I mst nw and then log disputes or wht. I did check de update frm de credit provider dat wz sent out to u its correct and it states clearly dat my account was paid up.
