Once again I rep**** to Samatha Booysen with a email explaining the problem and yet we still haven't been helped. Even with Constance Skosana still no help. The emails we used is ***

We phoned all your branches no answer.
Once again No help nothing.
Please phone Charles on *** asap so you can sort out his problem. He is my Husband and he gave up trying to get hold of Experian after 3 weeks. You guys show that he still has unpaid accounts, after everything has been paid and cleared with proof of paid up letters. So because we are married incom both our names are bad and you guys just don't answer you phone or emails.
