CLOSE MY ACCOUN AS PER CREDITORS REQUEST

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the services of Experian, 1 they never answer their calls, been holding on for 2 hours and their emails, secondly they do not update payment records on time, Thirdly they do not even bother to look at disputes. For a Whole Huge Credit Bureau and this is the treatment one gets. Please can Experian close my Boodle Account ***8 , The credit provider had requested you to CLOSE the account here is their reference Bureau File number BD***. Your communication methods are pathetic. I don't want to show up at your offices. Please fix this
