Clearing and updated records

So I have send 15 emails and NO REPLY o , 1 week on the phone with No answer !!! This is pathetic!!!! They lack in work ethics as there systems are not updated! So due to this it reflects upon my credit ratings ….. and all I want is for them to update and clear my name !! Honestly a joke !! There should be a system in place where they should be penalized for this !!!
