Clearance not updated with Experian 30 Days Later

<p>So after numerous calls and hundreds of emails I finally received my credit report from Experian, but to my dismay, my credit staus has not been amended, even though clearance from my debt counsellor ha been issued. Clearance documentation was sent through to exeperian almost 31 Days ago and non of the information has been updated. Legal Requirement as per the NCR, is that the bureaus have 5 working days in order to have the clearance updated on your credit report and all negative listings removed.I went through the process and all accounts have now been paid and settled in full, but no information on experian has been updated,</p> <p> 5 Days it what it takes, but 31 DAYS LATER, and nothing is updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took me so long to get the reort from them and now all the information is incorrect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Experian is not of standards to be reporting on peoples credit information.</p>
