Clearance Certificate ignored

My husband and I were under debt review and paid up all our accounts in September 2014. We were sent a paid up letter by all our debtors and a clearance certificate was issued. I have sent this as has debt therapy but I can still not get credit as my name has not been cleared! The is the case with my husband as well. I was not even able to place my child in the preferred school this year as my credit has not been cleared! This has totally disrupted our lives and we have paid back every cent but can still not get credit!!! Why have our names not been cleared?????<br>

Hello madson,

Thank you for contacting Compuscan. We are sorry to hear about the disruption that your credit status has caused and we encourage consumers who have been under debt review to inform us when their clearance certificates are issued so we can assist them promptly.

Upon investigation, we have found no records indicating that you have logged a dispute or communicated with us regarding your credit profile.

In order for us to assist with your query, we will need you to send us copies of both your ID's, a proof of address no older than 3 months and the clearance letter(s) from the relevant debt counsellor. As soon as this is received, we will ensure that your query will be investigated and your profile will be updated according to the outcome.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope we look forward to assisting you as soon as possible.
