clear score/experian updated wrong information on my profile

I looked at my credit scoring on clearscore and it showed that a new employer was added to my profile which is called "IMPRO CHICKEN" this is very alarming as I have never been employed with any other company since I started working I have always worked for Ansa bank right after matric. Experian is now expecting me to send a certified copy of my ID, proof of residence and an employer letter! this is unacceptable! they should investigate and see who updated that information on my profile because it certainly was not me and remove it the same way it got there! because clearly our private and confidential message is not safe
