CLEAR MY HISTORY

I was under debt review- Sent my paid up letters as well as my clearance certificate , they only removed my status as being under debt review -But they left my payment history on file which means it will reflect as a negative , The NCR act says that once i completed the process and did my time they must remove all my bad credit history and I will be like a new person , Why is this not done ,I have to call over and over ,Why cant they do their jobs without me having to call and ask why my history reflects, this is stopping me from buying a HOME and nobody seems to care that it has a negative impact on my quality of life
