clear credit record

I was under debt review. Debt was settled and paid up letters received. Ncr and transunion cleared my credit record without delay. Experian was called and i requested they do the same. More than 15 calls made to call centre as well as emails send, no reply. Eventually I got hold of someone and they said I should phone a certain number, which number was in fact transunions number. I phoned again and twice was told to lodge a dispute and after 21 days I should call them again. Why cant they clear my name as was done by ncr and transunion within 24 hours. All my debt is settled and I want clear credit record but experian just dont care. I am fed up with *********** service as well as attitude. Hennie Meyer
