CAS*** update my profile that my debt review is cleared

I have been cleared from my debt review now for 9 months ago I try in January to apply for a loan at the bank but they advise me that compuscan still show iam under debt review. I went back to the company that cleared my debt review. They advised me that the problem is with compuscan I have try to call but can't get through. This is very disappointing that I can't get a loan because compuscan is not updating my profile to show that iam not under debt review anymore. I have my clearance letter and still 9 months later. It is still on my profile, I have sent a email aswell.
