Capitec personal loan removed from my profile without athorization

I am really angered by Experian's lack of professionalism and the way they treat consumers. I have just pulled a latest copy of my experian credit report and was shocked to see that experian had removed my capitec personal loan from my credit report. When I followed up with them telephonically the agent could not even provide reasons why it did not reflect on my Report and why it was removed. I have a good standing with capitec now you have deleted a loan which is still active and paid on time each month i am ****ed off. I was an hour on the phone with an agent form experian and all he tells me I need to call back and escalate with a team leader the next day. Why should I call back if you people messed up. I expect this matter resolved asap I have even followed up with the credit provider capitec and they have no idea what experian is doing they send updates to experian every month. Do your job and sort this mess out why have you removed this account I need answers.
