Cannot be trusted as there info is false and incorrect

This company is the worst we submitted documentation in December 2024 we are now in March 2025 and the issue still hasn't been resolved I was supose to buy a car by now and was declined due to them not updating a judgement that after holding on for over an hour to speak to an agent the same story we will escalate the matter and you have to wait another 21 days how can this company even be part of the credit act and how on earth can the banks even use this company if there information isn't true or reliable
