Cancelled Insurance

Santam gave me a quote last year August then i went to miway to cancel the insurance them so that i can go ahead with Santam so miway gave me a better offer, the i went back to Santam to cancel the quotation, around September i checked my credit record i found that Santam is saying my account with them is in 1 month arreas i called them they said is it one of their consultant whom didnt cancel my policy but they will cancel it and give me the letter to give to Expirian and Transunion, so i tried calling Expirian the consultant said Santam has to send them the letter not me, Santam did cc me on their email sending Expirian and Transunion the letter confirming that i dont owe them. Transunion did fix their system but Expirian didnt. i email them the letter they responded saying they will lodge the dispute they it will take 30 days to be resolve my status changed for a week or so then went back again to saying im in arrears of 1 month with Santam.
