Can you not be useless please ???

I have never seen anything like this. For the past two weeks i have been trying to get hold of the call centre, no one is bothering to answer the phone, it just rings for hours. I have lodged a dispute which i now to cancel because the company has closed that account. I have been sending emails, no one is answering the emails as well. The dispute still shows as pending on the system even though i have asked to cancel it. the disclaimer that is put in place is giving me a hard time, I cannot do anything with that disclaimer.

Somebody, anybody .....Answer phones, respond to emails, attend to queries. do not disadvantage yhooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
