Can't get my credit report

I am trying to get my Free credit report. I cannot download it from their website. Not one of my numerous phone calls have been answered by a human. My numerous e-mails to experian have gone unanswered. <br> Transunion, Compuscan and XDS have been FANTASTIC and have resolved all my disputes. Experian you could learn a great deal from them.
