Call me a **** hole?

Good day All Hello Peter family I hope you are well? It's 02:23 and 4th July 2023. I just met the rudest woman in my life. She invades my mother's Whatsapp and asks me what I am doing up so late. Which is non of her business plus I suffer from a mental illness that keeps me up at night. So not only is she invading someone else's phone she is disrespecting the health issue. Her name is Lynn Mazibuko from Experian. What is she doing at this time of the morning? My poor mother can't even go to the toilet by herself she needs help or she falls and hurts herself. She called me a **** hole without even knowing who she is speaking to. I even have the screenshot to prove it. She is looking for a Mr. Vindoh the whole week and last week Experian has been threatening my mom's cell number with legal action. She has never taken a loan from Nedbank who is also to blame, all she has is a Nedbank Savings Account that has no money in it. I keep on blocking them but this has gone to far. She has broken the personal privacy act by just placing herself on the Whatsapp. This kind of service is plain disgusting, if I was her boss I would fire her on the spot. To all the people out there never deal with Experian even if they offer a credit check for free, all they want are cell numbers to harass people. If this matter is not resolved I will report them to the National Credit Regulator.
