By far the worst company. Hands down

Complained about this company few weeks ago. But nothing has changed in fact they are getting worse. In March 2020 they received a certified clearance certificate and paid up letters on from a debt review company I used. My credit was cleared but my spouses credit remained the same. We highlighted that issues on multiple occasion but nothing. Today we were request again to send said documents, to what end. This is trapping us in a cycle we can't plan properly for our finances. It's affecting my husband's job. Enough!!!!!!!
