Horrible Service from Experian. Few days ago I tried reaching out to Experian requested to change account status to closed as I have paid up my Rage account, already sent Experian the paid up letter. To date it hasn't been done and today when I check my credit score it says negative (1month arrears) I don't understand how when it's paid up.

Experian doesn't take people serious, they call you once and say they have made "ATTEMPTS" to call you. Such is not service
