BULL**** EXPERIENCE

I am so upset and ****ed off, i have spent almost 40min on the phone with Experian to update my profile accordingly the person assisting me told me he will transfer me to the Team leader but hanged up the phone on my ear. I feel; compromised as the customer my profile is updated correctly on compuscan but experian duplicates my accounts tells me about the 60days that I don't understand I NEED FOR THIS TO BE UPDATED NOW AND URGENTLY BECAUSE I'M BLACK THEY TAKE US FOR A RIDE IF I HAVE TO TAKE THIS FURTHER I AM GOING TO DO DATE UNTIL THIS MATTER IS FIXED.
