Beneficiary of our misery

This company is refusing to update my information while I am providing them with information that is needed they keep on refering me to the debt Counselor that I cancelled long ago

I am not sure if they getting money for messing up our records I have old paid accounts that are not updated even after I provided all paid up letters.

You guys are also just a **** very useless and messing our lives unnecessary.
