Be Warned of Experian, check your credit records regulalry

i had an account with home choice, someone committed ***** and got R12000 worth of goods. i did an affidavit in 2017 which i submitted to both Home Choice and credit bureaus including Experian. The have got Home Choice listed still. I e-mailed Experian several times. They never answer calls and their website is such a disaster just trying to navigate on it is like climbing Kilimanjaro. The majority of credit bureaus keep in accurate information that i have spent a lot of time challenging. Transunion had a lot of details about me wrong, Compiscan also. The also take long to update information.

I dont know what else to do with Experian, i have included credit consumer council in my correspondences but nothing has since changed.
