I just want to know what is the purpose of having two portals namely CREDIT CHECK Whick generates data from Compuscan database and CREDIT EXPERT which generates data from Experian database if Information is only updated on the one side?

I have been struggling to get information updated on CREDIT EXPERT PORTAL now that things have been updated there certain accounts has not been updated on CREDIT CHECK PORTAL what must I do to get my information updated

I have sent the credit providers emails to send information so that my credit report can be updated please help I need my information to be updated on both sides

Im Trying to improve my score but it seems like I cant win with EXPERIAN CREDIT BEAURU specially now that there is two portals information does not get updated on both portals but it is the same company I dont understand

The customer service is are not responding on emails nobody picks up landlines so what kind of company is this?
