bad service, work avoidance and lazy

I obtained my free credit profile from Experian and have disputed a few listings. They ask you to upload supporting docs then nothing for 2 months. When I eventually get hold of an agent I am asked to email supporting documents which I do. 20 days later I am asked to fill out a form and send supporting documents again. I send it and wait . then Im told they cannot open my attachments to resend in PDF( All my attachments was in PDF) resend again via another laptop. Just to be told to fill out a form again. this all started in may and still nothing has been done to help me. your service is terrible.
