Bad service received and dispute not solved in 20 days time

I lodge dispute with the letsatsi loans which were paid up in July even now they still appear as handover I sent paid up letters they say the dispute takes 20 working days but I see we pass the 20 working days without dispute solved all the accounts don't have amount in arrears but they still appear as adverse account I try calling them phone on waiting for 2 hours then they drop phone please can we go to there office and hand memorandum that this bureau help us or be totally stopped from operating
