bad service on ITC removal

i have settled all my debts in full, i have emailed experian all paid up letters to eza.consumer@experian for them to remove my ITC status. Tried to contact their contact centre on 0 ********** they not answering at all times , even email correspondence . my id no ********** 964083 and my contact no **********
