bad service on dispute logged

i sipho petrus maleke id no ********** 964083, have a problem with Compuscan. i recently logged a dispute regarding my accounts with Compuscan. they emailed me the final report after my dispute days lapsed. to my suprise today when i logged in my profile, it shows that they have added an account which was already close in my report it shows oponed/current. i have proof of all records that the last time the account was updated was on the 27/07/2018 per summary records on my report that it was paid in full. the records showing that my Yes loan was closed cummunicated via my email with marilyn@compuscan . i wont wait for 20 days for you to fix your fault. I am tired of you guys, these really affects my credit life history. i have been reporting you to hellopeter at all times please remove that account
