BAD SERVICE NO FEEDBACK DO THEY STILL EXIST????

Since 2024 been struggling with Experian SA logged disputes about accounts that reached the end of their retention period, but Experian refused to remove them from my credit record. This is only Credit bureau that provides the worst service. I took the matter to NCR-Worst result -been a year now with NO FEEDBACK from them either. Like you have to beg them to help you but in actual fact it's their jobs that affect people's lives. Surely if you take both (Experian and NCR) further you will just waste your time. WHY DONT THEY BOTH JUST CLOSE!!!!!!!
