Bad service no care for consumers life

<p>I was declared insolvent 2012 by the high court . In 2014 a creditor went to get a judgement on my name . </p> <p> </p> <p>Im now rehabilitated and is struggling with Experian to take this judgment of they just refuse. After me sending them court documents that proof the account I got the judgment for was part of insolvency case .</p> <p> </p> <p>trans Union had no issues removing the judgment .</p> <p> </p> <p>I battled for 6 years while insolvent and now that I'm rehabilitated Experian is still punishing me for it . I</p> <p>need to buy house and provide for my little kids again after my odeal but Experian don't give a dam. </p> <p> </p> <p>The he attude the staff give you over the phone .</p> <p> </p> <p>after lots of phone calls to the speaking to team leaders they just refuse to take it of . </p> <p> </p> <p>I will take this up with ombadsman and get in contact with legal team to tell me the next step . </p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service and don't care about consumers . </p>
