Bad Service ( ITC not updated )

I was on debt review and paid the accounts in full.

My debt counselor sent my paid up letters, ID Copy and Clearance Certificate to Experian on the 17/08/2018.

I paid the last account on the 31/08/2018.

My ITC is still not updated and my account still shows that I am under debt review.
