Bad Service from Experian SA

For weeks now i have tried getting hold of experian to assist me and help me to reset my password and PIN. Change details and contact details on my profile ti no avail. Land lines just keep ringing with no answer, day in and day out, 11 e mails, no response no reply. There is important details i need to update and to obtain my credit report. This is now becoming a serious issue as no one seems to bother. I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE EXPERIAN !!
