Bad Service
I submitted a dispute to Experian for old accounts that are more than 6 years on my profile but are still marked as open on their side while they are closed on Transunion dating back from 2021. I have been doing a follow up via emails, phone calls without any success. Phone just rings with no answer. Emails not being responded to. The disputes were sent to them on 25 March already and the said they need 20 days to fix the issue. Till to date, nothing is happening. The accounts are closed on Transunion but they are not on Experian. I submitted the required information but still nothing is being done. I am so frustrated by this as it is affecting my credit rating.

20 Apr 2022, 08:46You said you need 20 days to finalize your investigation and it is now more than 20 days but still nothing is being done to rectify this problem. Why are you not responding to emails and phones? Your service is disgusting!!!!

I have been trying to get help with this Experian company since March but till to date nothing is being done. I have disputed an account that was closed in 2016 but they are now saying the account was opened in March 2021 which is a lie. I have been trying to call, email but no help. My profile has been flagged for more than a month now but they are not resolving my queries. I am so annoyed by their service!! I don't understand how are they even considered to be a Credit Beareau.
