Bad service

I've sent experian and Compuscan my paid up letters to up date my credit profile but it has not been done. Their number rings with no agent picking up, their emails are responded after a couple of days and by different agents not even giving a clear indication of what to do, i am frustrated because their service is appalling and affect me in a very bad way.
